Shipping Charges:
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 200 is applied to all orders across Pakistan unless otherwise stated during promotional campaigns.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor your shipment and view the estimated delivery status through our courier partner.
Delivery Service:
Currently, Alta Derm Skin Care offers delivery through trusted courier services across Pakistan. We continuously work to improve our shipping services and may introduce additional delivery options in the future.

Alta Derm Skin Care is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.
Shipping Coverage:
At present, we deliver only within Pakistan. International shipping is not available at this time.
