Due to the nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following specific conditions:

  • Incorrect Product: If you received an item different from what you ordered.

  • Damaged/Broken: If the product arrives damaged, leaked, or broken.

  • Expired: If you receive a product that is past its expiration date.

  • Missing Item: If a specific item is missing from your package.

Note: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted based on "personal preference" or "change of mind" once the product has been delivered.

2. The Return Process

  • Free samples or promotional gifts.

5. Shipping Charges

  • If the error is on our part (e.g., wrong, damaged, or expired product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • In any other agreed-upon scenario, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
